General Club Information

HoW DO I Join The club ?

Please email us before joining to ensure we have a place for you in a class at wdtcobedience@gmail.com or use the contact form on our front page

You have to be a member of our club, to attend classes. There is an annual subscription fee of £15 (single) or £20 (joint) membership which gives you access to any classes we have agreed to offer you, and social events.

How do i pay my class fees or change my membership details?

We use an online service called LoveAdmin to access payments and our membership details. www.loveadmin.com

Club Regulations :

1.    No Dogs less than twelve months old may do agility.

 2.    Concession will be given for bitches in season and dogs or bitches absent due to contagious or infectious diseases.

(Please do not go to classes if your dog is in season or has a contagious or infectious disease email wdtcas@gmail.com with dates and details for credit we can give up to 3 weeks credit )

 3.    All Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst in the environs of The Club unless under training instructor’s command.

 4.    No Dog must be allowed to foul the hall or surrounding grounds.

 5.    The Club cannot accept liability for injury.

 6.    Only fully paid up members may handle dogs while attending classes.
