Members will receive points per group (i.e. if they handle a Bloodhound, they will get points towards the Hound group). If a member gains 30 points in any one group, they will qualify to enter a dog from that group at Crufts 2022. If a member gains 30 or more points in multiple groups, they may only compete with one dog at Crufts, but they will have the option to choose from any of the groups they have 30 or more points in. A full copy of the 2020 rules (for Crufts 2021) can be found here: https://www.ykc.org.uk/media/9813/ykc-handling-rules-2020-crufts-2021.pdf. The classes are divided into three age groups: 6-11 years (6 years and up to, but not including 12th birthday). 12-17 years (12 years and up to, but not including 18th birthday). 18-24 years (18 years and up to, but not including 25th birthday).
